Here's How My Flower Subscriptions Work
To spread the beauty and love of flowers, I am offering a flower subscription service. Think produce CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), but instead of rutabagas, you’ll get snapdragons and tulips! I will offer 6 weeks in Spring and 8 weeks in Fall shares (or both!) You will receive the freshest possible flowers (handpicked the day before) that are blooming at that moment.
Each unique arrangement will be presented in a vase/jar/bottle that complements the design. Pick-up location is in South Denver near Old South Pearl Street. Part of the fun of picking up is choosing from an array of flower bouquets....no two are exactly the same! Pay me before each season and then enjoy weeks of gorgeous flowers and/or buy as a gift for someone you really like. (”one for you, one for me”…. An adage I follow often while shopping!)
I grow flowers locally to provide unusual varieties that often cannot be purchased at stores. These flowers are the old-fashioned, fragrant types that have not been created and treated to ship across the globe. I start flowers from seed and use only natural fertilizers to make them flourish. Absolutely no chemicals.
A note on vases: in the spirit of a very minimal carbon footprint by growing locally, I use upcycled glass vessels in lieu of plastic sleeves. If you super love the container, please keep it. Otherwise, you may return for me to use another week.
Below are the general dates and prices for each share as well as which flowers to expect. Please note that bloom times vary and not all flowers listed are guaranteed for, or limited to, the season listed. These are my best predictions. I’m at the mercy of Mother Nature!
Please understand that there are inherent risks with a CSA as harvests may be impacted by severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. (Also note that I am a freak when it comes to weather watching and have more hail netting than any girl should!)

Spring Share
Mid-April through May: 6 weeks
heirloom narcissus (fancy, whirling and whimsical specialty daffodils. Not the bright yellows from the supermarket. Think corals, pink, creamy whites and pale yellows in ruffled layers.) Tulips (double blossoms, parrots, fringed and everything in between, in colors ranging from the darkest purple to corals tinged with orange, pinks of all values, and buttery yellows.) Tulips are magical in the vase as they continue to grow and age beautifully. Each day the arrangement takes on a new look. Love! Purple, spherical allium are quite striking and modern while everyone loves nostalgic favorites like lilacs & lily of the valley.

Fall Share
August/September: 8 weeks
Dahlias, the coveted stars of the late summer/early fall crop. Perfectly shaped in giant dinner plate size to little balls of petal profusion. Imagine colors like café au lait cream with the palest hint of pink, to a purple that is just electric!. Snapdragons, unlike the average bedding plant you’ve come to know, tall and in gorgeous, subtle colors with big, fat florets. Cosmos “Apricot Lemonade,” white, orange, burgundy, and pinks in double, fluted, and ruffled forms. Amaranth, pincushion flower, grasses, zinnias and of course special sunflowers.

This is the best deal of all! You will enjoy all of the best flowers that Spring and Fall have to offer. The beauties described above for nearly four months. A lovely way to experience the natural seasonality of flowers.

The Choice is Yours!
I create one-of-a-kind arrangements each week with the highest quality flowers and tuck in lots of unusual greenery such as scented geranium, basil and mint. I add fun vines and even fruit (raspberry greens give great structure!) to make sure your weekly flowers are like no others in town.
If you're a certified flower lover, you can get both seasons: 14 weeks of arrangements for $390. (This ends up being around $25+ tax/week, which in my world of justifications, is just two glasses of wine at a dinner out, or a drive-thru lunch with teenagers that is gone in minutes!) Wouldn't it be lovely to have gorgeous, fragrant flowers to brighten your world every week for four months?!!
Alternately, choose your favorite season and then select frequency (to pick up every week or every other week). Prices range from $90-$230. Your order is customizable to your plans and your budget.
